Joe started working at Goodwork in early February 2019, continuing his interest in working in Global Development and Fundraising.

Joe comes from the MicroLoan Foundation, a small charity based in Brentford. The foundation gives small business loans and training to women living in extreme poverty in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe, in order to help them start their own businesses. Joe helped co-ordinate fundraising strategies, provided detailed reports on women’s start-up groups, and developed a blog-series on micro-finance in the 21st century.

At Good Work, Joe is largely involved with strategizing the Cycle to The Moon campaign for Tackle Prostate Cancer. Joe is also undertaking specific research of media contacts in certain countries, for the purposes of potential outreach for our DofE partnership.

Joe studied Geography with Economics at Keele University and is passionate about global charitable issues.
