Diversity Choir formed to inspire the country during lockdown.
22 residents and 4 Queen Elizabeth Foundation staff members have formed a 26 strong ‘Diversity Choir’, singing and signing to Andra Day’s ‘Rise Up’.
Some people can vocalise and so join in with the singing and others sign depending on their abilities, bringing everyone together as one Diversity Choir.
They choir members are aged 20-40 years old and as they have varying complex disabilities, some people can vocalise and so join in with the singing and others sign depending on their abilities. They are independent living residents so are all under the same roof but adhere to social distancing.
